What is a Virtual House Manager?

A Virtual House Manager provides high-level, fractional household management, overseeing scheduling, meal planning, appointments, travel, vendor coordination, school logistics, and ongoing family operations from start to finish. They are embedded within your family system, understand your preferences, anticipate your needs, and proactively manage the details that keep life running smoothly.

Unlike a virtual assistant who executes assigned tasks, a Virtual House Manager operates as a thought partner and project manager, owning the success of the projects and ensuring your household functions seamlessly without constant direction so we can truly relieve mental load.

How We Help You

Meal planning, travel planning, signing your kids up for summer camps, planning date nights, sending birthday cards to loved ones, getting estimates for home improvement projects and so much more.

We do it all!

  • We offer monthly subscriptions of 10, 15 or 20+ hours of the help you need to manage your home.

  • You work with your assigned house manager to establish priorities, organize your shared to do list, and make a plan.

  • We encourage regular meetings with your house manager to talk through projects and make sure we get those tasks out of your head and onto the to do list.

  • All our house managers are vetted, background checked and insured.
